I have been using this facility for almost 2 years now. Under the old and new management's. I have not the first negative thing to say. I have used 2 different sized units and both are climate controlled, dry and clean & no sight of rodents. Convenient location, affordable and customer service is still amazing even though noone physically works on-site any longer. Both JJ and Pat have been really helpful in the recent downsizing of my unit. I WOULD recommend using LOCK UP Storage.“

We've been w/ this storage facility for going on 2yrs. We've had LOTS of experience w/ the manager & she's ALWAYS sweet & professional. Love her doggy companion as well Haha We've had to have them come cut our lock because we lost our key in a move. She is ALWAYS on call. That woman picks up the phone no matter where she is or what time. We received an email when our debit card expired so we could update our card info recently & i was SO thankful for that. The storage is always extremely clean & well taken care of. I wouldn't use anyone else!“

The manager is very helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure we had all of the information we needed. Efficient, reliable, aware of what is going on at the storage building at all times. Topped off with great southern charm.
